From Misty Marr:
I would like to ask you all to pray for my parents, Mike and Pam Richardson. They are missionaries in Mexico and are presently traveling across the country hosting a series of home-school conferences.
They were robbed this morning (5-10-12). We praise God that no one was harmed. However, the loss was huge. They lost all of the equipment for the conferences, money, important paperwork and more.
I don’t have many details yet. But prayer is needed. It is dangerous to travel in Mexico without the correct paperwork, so it is important that they are able to get that taken care of before the wrong people discover that they don’t have it on them.
I will be sending out another email with more information when I know more. Last I heard they were still at the police station. Their next conference was supposed to start tomorrow. I do not know what they will do yet.
Thank you for your prayers!
Nathan Marr is one of the elders at Heritage Baptist, his wife is a missionary kid whose parents are the ones in Mexico, detailed above. Keep them in your prayers. Pray for their safe return and the Lord’s protection during this trial.
