Problems continue to mount for a Swedish home-schooling family that is fighting authorities for the right to keep their child, as officials are now trying to permanently terminate the parental rights of the family. (See earlier story) (previous HNN article)
Swedish police seized Christer and Annie Johansson’s seven-year-old son, Domenic, in 2009 as the family boarded a plane to move to India. Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) attorney Roger Kiska is defending the family in the European Court of Human Rights, which has not been friendly to the couple so far.
