I thought Focus on the Family’s Superbowl ads with homeschoolers Tim and Pam Tebow were a class-act.  Very well done.  The first one caught us off guard and made us laugh each time we replayed the ad online. I don’t regularly read the supermarket magazines, but I was pleased this weekend when my visiting sister brought me the latest People magazine.  Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, homeschooling parents of now 19 children, were featured on the cover.  They show such grace throughout the article, as they discuss new preemie Josie’s birth at 25 weeks gestation, and their focus for the next 12 months.  Other People articles online gave more info about Josie’s amazing recovery so far, and how the family keeps up with her news.  <Note of caution:  These links do take you to People Magazine, with all...

I love Dr. Voddie Baucham, Jr.! Baucham narrates the new film George Washington Carver: An Uncommon Way, just released by Franklin Springs Media. I found this great studio-outtakes clip at the movie’s info page.
